All cancellations must be made by email to: eplevents@e-p-l.eu If it's possible, the EPL Office will assist in replacing your room booking by another attendee.

If you request a hotel booking through us, please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with your hotel reservation, including any applicable late-cancellation or no-show charges.

In the event that these costs remain unpaid, EPL reserves the right to invoice you directly for the outstanding amount.

EPL Registration Fee

All cancellations must be made by email to: eplevents@e-p-l.eu

A registered attendee from a member company may be substituted with another person from the same member company at no extra cost.

If cancellation is after Nov 04, 2026 the registration fee will be refunded, limited to 50% of the full registration fee
If cancellation is after Nov 18, 2026 the Attendance fee will not be refunded.
No-Show: No refund will be provided in case of no-show.
